Hunter Miller was like any child her age — a happy, outgoing 9-year-old who always had a smile on her face.  But that all quickly changed.  “Everything was normal, and we were looking at the Target circular from the newspaper.  When we were done, I went to throw it away and she got very upset,” Miller said.   Fear of losing the circular completely paralyzed Hunter.   She practically crumbled to the floor, digging feverishly through the garbage to find the tossed newspaper insert.
