Shaken Baby Syndrome was a theory propounded 20 years ago. The theory was that, in essence, severe brain injury could be caused by shaking infants. No actual science has ever been able to prove that theory. In fact, biomechanics have continually demonstrated that the injuries child abuse pediatricians claim come from “shaking” are not possible. Nonetheless, child abuse pediatricians continue to spout SBS as truth. And on the basis of that testimony, parents have lost their children, been incarcerated, and in the case of Robert Roberson face execution. The Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Texas House of Representatives have each recently taken a hard look at the “junk science” of SBS. In this article, Scientific American also weighs in. The key word here is SCIENCE. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/shaken-baby-syndrome-has-been-discredited-why-is-robert-roberson-still-on/?fbclid=IwY2xjawGMawpleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHaDjx-7ZEXuXfSlEi7YBsMncTTnR63jTrWWOGIl_n69En8jADkemA1owFA_aem_mW_nHTujpTX6s45NXg6xsw
