On May 22, 2023, I achieved a major victory for my clients, the parents of two medically complex children who were viciously and falsely accused of medical child abuse by Dr. Debra Esernio-Jenssen of Lehigh Valley Hospital.  The government took the children and tried to keep them.  Half-way through the trial, the government folded its cards, withdrew its case, and went home.  Those of you who follow me and have read my book PROTECTING YOUR CHILD, know that “medical child abuse” is a made up term.  It is a workaround invented by child abuse pediatricians, who thought they’d pull the wool over everyone’s eyes with a new name for Munchausen by Proxy and declare it a “diagnosis.”  It’s nonsense.  It’s made up.  And it’s fake.  Jenssen, a child abuse pediatrician, runs the hospital’s Child Advocacy Center.  She regularly makes false accusations of abuse against parents.  Without missing a beat and without any investigation, the false allegations were embraced by Children and Youth Services; its caseworkers have offices inside the hospital.  Jenssen would not subject herself to my cross-examination.  Jenssen has a long history of making false allegations.  First, in New York where judges found her testimony not credible, then Florida where an Inspector General’s report states she was removed from her position on the child protection team at UF Gainesville.  Now, she is in Pennsylvania.  Throughout the year that she orchestrated the persecution of my clients, I made certain to draw a direct line to the hospital’s administrators and the highest officials in Lehigh County.  None of them can claim they didn’t know what was going on.  I have previously published articles about false accusations of child abuse made by Lehigh Valley Hospital.  And I have also published articles about Jenssen’s close colleague, Dr. Barbara Knox.  Knox, who has her own history of state hopping, is being sued by Wisconsin parents for false allegations of abuse.  Jenssen is mentioned in some of those articles about the lawsuits.  Stay tuned.  Big news is forthcoming about the twisted situation in Lehigh County involving Jenssen, LVH, and CYS.
